Isabell (Is-a-Bell) is an English Lab that is not too shy to give kissses,  and loves to receive belly rubs even more. She enjoys meeting people, plays well with others, and  will never turn down the chance to get wet  As a member of the Bell Team, Isabell enjoys walking downtown to smell what she can smell, and receive attention from  anyone she has the opportunity to meet.
